Oven "Fried" Chicken

Oven "Fried" Chicken

1/2 C. flour

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/4 C. butter

6 pieces of chicken


Put all dry ingredients in a large ziplock bag, shake. Coat chicken with melted butter, shake individual pieces in bag of coating. Place in 8X8 pan and cook, uncovered, for 50 minutes at 425 degrees.
